Gangerman Michael Goodwin is grading out the gravel bed prior to the pipes being laid. The manifold has now been installed at the end of the holding tanks. After installation of concrete piles to block 2, excavator shown excavating around piles prior to breaking them down to underside of ringbeam. Internal drainage now being placed prior to the installation of the block and beam floor.

Newpools work was to construct 173 units of varying types from apartments through to 5 bedroom detached houses.

The foundations on this development where piled with ring beam, and block and beam floors.
