Excavation for the foundations of plots 5 through to 11 prior to concreting. Blockwork complete on plots 15 – 17 ready to receive internal drainage. Works are now commencing on laying the slabs to the patios and footpaths to the rear of plots 5 through to 11. All the slab work and topsoiling has now been laid in the rear gardens plots 5 through to 8.

Construction of a 4 acre lorry park, at the Rushock Trading Estate nr Droitwich

Newpool works comprises of earthworks, re-profile existing bunds, extending bunds, reduced level dig to formation level, installation storm drainage to the perimeter of the lorry park.
Ducting to street lighting and the construction of the lorry park using a Q.T.1 material.
Works to the re-profiling and extending the bunds has now been completed, also the reduced level dig to the lorry park, works commencing to the storm water system to the perimeter of the lorry park.
 
Re-profiling of the existing bunds prior to the reduced level dig to the main lorry park.
 
Once the reduce level dig had been completed to the entrance to the lorry park, also the stone formation had been completed to the underside of the concrete road, shown here is the installation of reinforcement prior to the concrete being cast.
 
Concrete has now been cast on the entrance to the lorry park
