Blockwork complete on plots 15 – 17 ready to receive internal drainage. Works are now commencing on laying the slabs to the patios and footpaths to the rear of plots 5 through to 11. All the slab work and topsoiling has now been laid in the rear gardens plots 5 through to 8. Construction of storm water holding tanks located under the carpark to the new Lidl store in Treorchy. Pipes have just been laid we are now laying the gravel prior to backfilling.
